Before any building starts in California, the site has to be evaluated for geological issues that will impact the finished structure. 3210 W. Dry Creek has had two professional geotechnical reports performed. The RGH report is an overview of the site with suggested additional work to be performed. The Bauer report is a more detailed report that includes evaluations of four test pits and recommendations for the type of foundations that would be suitable. The Cliff notes version is that the soils are suitable for a variety of conventional foundation techniques, but will require additional monitoring during construction to verify conditions in the field.
